At first glance, thick-set wildflower honey springs to mind, with incredible lacing and great head retention that leads to kiwi, hedgerow and young honeydew melon upfront. Wild strawberry, clementine cheesecake and soft lemon balm deliver a richness that sits nicely against a full, pillowy mouthfeel that hints at fresh coconut texturally.
