This beautifully hazy brew has a complex, well-rounded nose with plenty of passionfruit and guava alongside lime oil and orange pith, plus a soft hint of sage. Backed up with huge sweet clementine, tropical fruits and lemon verbena flavours, there's a certain fluffiness reminiscent of soft-serve ice cream, with a delicious long, full finish.
