Citra, Cashmere & Mosaic lend themselves to this delicious IPA. Lemon sherbet in colour, this beer is full of rounded sweetness with papaya, clementine, and persimmon, with hints of soft thyme and a heady, chunky pineapple finish.
Big and silky, thanks to hefty late aroma additions and no early bittering hops.
