Our In Depth series celebrates and explores a single hop. This time we have shone a light on Idaho 7. A swirl of cloudy lemon sherbet in the glass, with a herbaceous, peppercorn aroma.
Expect apricot jam, red grapefruit and subtle bergamot tannins laced over a balanced yet indulgent texture. All this with papaya, apricot and bold pine humming away on top.
