How To Order
STEPS FOR ONLINE STORE
You must complete our New Customer Form here before ordering from our trade store.
You do not need an online log in to place an order, however you can set one up if you would like the website to remember your details for next time!

1. CHOOSE YOUR BEERS
Use the tabs to browse through our range and add stock to your cart.
2. VIEW YOUR CART & GO TO CHECK OUT
Minimum order is 2 units - cans or kegs.
3. COMPLETE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Complete the required form. YOU MUST LIST YOUR COMPANY NAME. You can create an account for a quicker check out or fill in your details each time as a guest.
4. CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD
If you have met the above minimum order requirements then shipping will be free. Check your contact details and shipping address are correct.
5. CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD
If you have a direct debit credit account with us then simply select 'On Account' and you will be invoiced and direct debited as usual.
If you do NOT have an account with us or are set up for PAYMENT BEFORE SHIPMENT you must make payment via credit card or BACs at this point. BACS payments must made within a week of purchase.
Any orders made which do not meet the above requirements will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
If you would like to switch to 30 day terms on direct debit, please email trade@lefthandedgiant.com.
6. COMPLETE ORDER
You're all done! You will receive a notification when your order is being shipped and when you can expect it to land.
We're a small team so would appreciate all orders to be made through the online trade store to minimise admin (coz who likes doing admin, eh!) but orders via email are also welcomed.
